        Dont rent from these people I rented an apartment and he wants to charge me 1000$ for a door that wouldnt close I moved my sofa and it left some marks from the move because it wouldnt fit now they are trying to charge me more than 1000$ for it they are not pleasant people to work with go elsewhere

        The TMI are very professional and respond to your concerns in a timely manner. I've been living at the Franco for a month and a half now and happy I've decided to move here. The Franco is well maintained inside the building and on the grounds. I can say that I'm a happy camper.

      This individual moved into a brand new apartment, reporting damage to us. Upon inspection and further clarification with the individual, the damage was caused by them at move-in, at their admission. Rather than accept responsibility for the damage and stop the move-in--to reach out to us to understand possible ways to reduce the damage, the individual proceeded to continue to force furniture, causing several major areas of damage. The damages are significant, requiring repairs to correct both inside and outside the apartment. In the dozens of new moves we perform per year, we have never experienced such disregard for the property.
