We had CertaPro paint a 2-story ceiling including covering up some water damage. They were quick to get us an estimate. It was much cheaper than the other quote we got so we decided to go with them. When we called they were able to send someone out literally the next day. The painter Gus was fast, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. One of the water spots was still visible in the morning sunlight, so when the corporate office called us the next day to see how the job went, I let them know and they sent Gus back the next day to go over the spot again at no extra charge. It looked perfect when he was done. I couldn't believe how fast, responsive, and cheap they were. The only annoying thing was that all communications go through the corporate office, so it was a lot of emails every time you scheduled, but it was all so fast it really didn't matter. We originally contacted vendor in late 2020, and received a timely quote, however we chose to wait until this spring to have the work done (so we could complete some minor repairs, etc.) CPP honored their original pricing and were reasonably prompt in scheduling the work as soon as the weather allowed. The quote was complete with photographs, area and descriptions of the necessary service and product to be applied. (We specified only Benjamin Moore products be used, in spite of not being the default paint that CPP uses; CPP complied fully). With the exception of two days of delay due to insufficient temperature/rain, the 2-man crew completed the pressure washing and painting quickly and with little impact on the household. The crew was Covid-compliant when necessary, and kept me informed on their proposed schedule and handled any touch-up areas immediately and without argument. The only (minor) negatives were found after the crew left included the used 5-gallon pails (not the paint cans, just plastic pails) that were left behind a shrub instead of being taken away (or even left with me to discard with the regular trash) and a very small area of lawn which must have had thinner or something similar spilled on it that had to be re-sodded. The crew was otherwise diligent, neat, quiet, worked every minute of the time they were on site, were good painters and completed necessary caulking properly. The CPP office provided requested insurance certificates, and followed up to assure our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this vendor. M.R.Holland, Registered Architect
