I have been DESPERATELY trying to get a hold of someone in the small business department about a loan that I had in 2017 that is on my credit report and ruining my life. I spoke with Charles Smith last Wednesday, January 17th. He said he would try to help me and get back to me within 24 hours. He never got back to me. I have emailed him 4 times, called a dozen times and left messages. I understand people are busy and that I am not the only thing that he needs to attend to at work, but people should at least have the decency (especially those working for a non-profit) to at least communicate and let me know where this situation stands, even if he has no information, instead of just ignoring me.

Updating this review old- (4 phone calls, 2 emails, 2 months, no call back ) Update- its been over a year since the original post. Since then I learned the reason CTI was unable to respond was due to COVID and the social services were being overwhelmed. CTI has since got me into housing via voucher. I couldnt be happier.

I went in as a homeless and battered disabled permanently woman living in my car , was told no hotel voucher's
