Great customer service. They told me what I needed to bring in. I got the wrong thing. They still helped me out. In and out with the nitrogen.

I'm just a regular homeowner and was looking for a 20 lb food grade CO2 cylinder for use in a beverage dispenser in my home. I was able to walk in, buy a cylinder, and back out the door in only a few minutes. You do not need to be a business, do not need to have an account, or anything. Really pleased they're willing to do business with "the little guy" who isn't high volume. I couldn't be happier with their friendliness when I called, and when I was in their store.

They always have what I need. I get my oxygen refills here and today I was able to get a new tip for my torch. The man who works there is always super helpful & knowledgeable. Ill never go anywhere else

After doing business with another gas vendor for LN2 for a few years, we discovered that we were paying 2X the market rate for LN2 and Helium! To add insult to injury, they were overcharging us for a bunch of nonsense fees and only admitted it after I drilled into the account details. We switched to Middlesex and in addition to cutting our costs by 50%, we also discovered that their equipment was better. So, we are paying less and using less. Service and support are excellent. Great people...highly recommended.
