Hi Syed,We appreciate you taking the time to voice your opinion. Since TNC inspections came into effect, we have always followed the prescribed procedure, which is to conduct the regular inspection first and then add the TNC inspection. We have the poster hanging on our wall from Uber/Lyft from when these inspections were first introduced.The reason we follow this process is not due to neglecting small tasks or discrimination. The rationale behind this policy is that in order to conduct the TNC inspection, one must first pass the regular inspection. Each inspection station is supposed to adhere to the same guidelines, but unfortunately, many do not fully comply with state regulations. We often have customers come in with multiple safety violations that should not have passed inspection elsewhere. It is essential that all regular inspection items are thoroughly checked before moving on to the TNC inspection.We hope this explanation sheds light on the situation. Conducting inspections is a significant responsibility that, if not performed correctly, can pose a liability.As a small family-owned business, customer service is our top priority.
