More than impressed with my doctor and the staff. I know I'm in good hands. I am confident that I am in the right place getting the right care. When you feel like you are the only patient you know they really care.

Yup so it is still a one.  I got a note through Yelp advising they were sorry and I should discuss with patients relations..... so I called three times and each time I got a message to leave my name and number to discuss my review and dissatisfaction.... Yup, I got it right the first and the second time, no patient or customer service!

I have been using the Cancer center for 2 years. I have experience with the my oncologists, the radiation, infusion room, social worker services, in patient Oncology unit as well at Interventional Radiology, Cat Scan, MRI and PET. I feel very supported by all of these areas. My team has also been supportive of getting additional opinions from Boston on my cancer care. They also helped setup a surgery that couldn't be done locally to Boston.
I especially appreciate the infusion center that try to give you the same nurse for most appointments, this helps with my overall comfort level. The social workers could not be better supporting both the paperwork aspect of my disability and the personal understanding of the the emotional situation.

World Cancer Day is Feb 4th.I've discovered a new world of Cancer treatments and No Sir!  I don't like it but will persevere.Another shout out to the Lowell General Hospital Cancer Center and Cancer Care Associates.Your one stop shopping from Oncology diagnoses MRI, PET/CT scan,X-Ray etc etc.A quick thank  you to Dr. Lee for  the free (?) lung biopsy and the installation of the "CHEMO Port" and all the nurses in Interventional surgery.My Oncologist is great and all the nurses make you feel that the are there for you.  Especially when they stick an $11,000 dollar chemo patch on you (Which I dubbed the "Little Bastard" when it stabbed me during installation.Well  I was WRONG!  This is my 2nd week and I finally did get nausea.Went out to eat at the 9's  and no sooner that 10 minutes after order PRIME RIB  all of a sudden got all queasy and squirrely and had to make it to go and leave :(   The moment passed 10 minutes after leaving but just wanted to let you know that yup  that nausea does happen and so now I am no longer an abnormal statistic.  Just abnormal.Lowell General Hospital Cancer Center and Cancer Care Associates ranks right up there with Boston in providing complete care and stylized treatment plans for your given diagnoses.  So share the love and help eradicate Cancer.
