        Enterprise is `a first class institution as witnessed by its great ratings from its customers and employees.. its in this vein that I would mention the name ofStephen DAddario of the Andover branch. Recently, Steve dropped everything to straighten out a relatively minor issue that I had with my checking account. Its my understanding that Steve has only been with the Bank a short time but it was made very clear to me that he has a great understanding of the Enterprise culture of putting the customer first. He solved my problem on a busy Friday afternoon and he did it with competence, courtesy and professionalism. I wish him a long and successful career with Enterprise.. Sincerely, Mike Morris, St

        Called twice. Went through entire process of choose 1-2, choose 1-5, choose 1-4, choose 1-2 then held 25 minutes each time to talk to human being before finally hanging up.
