If I could give you negative stars I would! I miss the girls that left. I have thick and long eyebrows so when small mistakes are made, they are barely noticeable since my brows grow back fast. Well. Not this time! Got my brows down and they came out way too thin, so thin that I now saw a part of my brow bone I had never seen before. One of my eyebrows is much shorter than the other. So short that it ends close to where my arch is. I now have to pencil them in and I have a trip in 3 days. I who always has full thick eyebrows now have to pencil in the end of my brows . What in the actual fresh hell. My full eyebrows have always become a conversation piece when I go in for an appointment. But Ive never left an appointment feeling this ugly and unlike myself. Im not confrontational especially when the person who did them, has someone else in the chair already. I dont want to show a photo cause it makes me upset to even look at them. And im not going to name the person here either. But Benefit, you can look up my name in your system and you will know. Train your employees better or you will loose whatever business it is you have left. The only person worth having eyebrows done with in this location is Aliyah.

Aliyah is hands down the BEST in the game. Ive been seeing her for the past two years and she is the only person I trust with my brows!! She makes you feel super comfortable and is incredibly professional making sure to always take her time when mapping out your perfect brow shape. Truly she is the best out there!!
