Last night my basement was flooded from sewage due to a septic issue. After a drainage company worked all night to unclog the blockage, I called many water restoration companies...but many were unavailable to come out on time. This was especially stressful as my family is currently going through a loss (brother in hospice). I talked to Rich and he was REALLY compassionate about my whole situation and assured me he would get someone out here TODAY. About 30mins after talking with him, Eric rang my doorbell. He got to work right away and I am so happy with how everything that Rich and Eric did. ServPro of Fitchburg-Leominster is top notch. I cannot thank you enough.

Rich at Servepro was very responsive and came to assist with our emergency issue at our property immediately upon calling! He and his team did a fantastic job cleaning everything out, and revisiting our site as needed. Communication was excellent and we are confident in the work they completed!

Kudos to SERVPRO - Leominster, Massachusetts franchise. Our family was unfortunate enough to experience a housefire October 11 of 2023. Before the firefighters were even finished with us, Chris Colvin of Leominster Servpro was on site offering assistance to me and my family. From the first moments we met, he was a calming presence. I looked to him almost immediately for help in making major decisions regarding moving forward during and after this fire. He was my personal concierge! With his help, and that of his right hand man - Rich Dwyer, my house was temporarily habitable within four nights. From arranging for broken windows to be safely boarded up, to arranging for an electrician to come on site the day of the fire to assess for safetyand have the power turned back on within an hour of the firefighters leaving, to arranging and executing the cleaning of the house itself of the smoke damage, to subcontracting dry cleaning services, the demolition of the room of origin, to recommending first one, then a second contractor when the first did not work out, that suited our needs for reconstruction. He sent his workers out to move our furniture when the time came to vacate the house for the rental that would become our home for the next 3 1/2 months so that demolition and reconstruction could occur. His crew were gracious enough to move our belongings and furniture back into the house when it came time for us to move back home four weeks ago. This was on a Saturday! Above and beyond! I know this is a lot of detail - I feel it is of value to relate so that someone considering the services of SERVPRO realize just how accommodating and essential Chris, Rich, and their wonderful crew were to my family and I during a most difficult time in our life! I want to share how Amazing! Chris and his team are at ServePro Fitchburg- Leominster. We had a client that had a problem with her fireplace the soot had come out and into her home covering all of the living room, as all home owners know this is devastating. I called Chris he picked up in 2 rings and simply stated how can I help! with in minutes we had a plan to get her home cleaned up. I notified the client of the response time she was so thankful. Chris dispatched Angela right away she was at her door step in less than an hour with all the professional tools and equipment to get the job done in a timely fashion. Angela's attention to detail and work ethic was immediately noticed by our client. The client was so happy even after a devastating event she was back on track that afternoon. "Twas the week before Christmas" and all through the day on 18 Dec 23, BUCKETS of water fell. And into our basement the excitement took place. As the disaster loomed, I called behind the Hubs back (because he was going to fix the problem... HA!). This was the ONLY place that ANSWERED. WHAT A Customer Service dream that first impression. And within 20 minutes... RICH CALLED! Totally understanding and reassuring, lovely, LOVELY and sweet as a peach. They couldn't come out while the Arc took a left at my house after picking up some critters... But they showed up the next day. 3 amazingly sweet, patient, understanding, surgical and strategic, empathetic, funny, professional and charming crew! WHAT A CREW! It's the 19th and this clean up and dry up is starting. I couldn't thank ServPRO ENOUGH for being there, and above all for CARING. Recommend them in a second (just not when I need them!).
