Marcel Towing

I went to pick up my car and the front bumper was BROKEN, I went from Leominster to Marlborough with the broken bumper. Marcel says he has a before and after photo but he preferred not to send it to me and said he would send it to his lawyer lmao, what kind of company is this?

The company is awful , the owner is rude and this place should be avoided. The owner showed no compassion when my dad broke his arm in a car accident. I parked for quick 15 minutes just to get med card for my dad close to my building. This evil man, went and towed my car even though he could see it had a resident ticket. I had to pay $400 for just 15 minutes. This is a terrible and unethical business practice. I am looking forward to seeing the day, when this business is ruined and shut down because what goes around comes around.

ZEROOOO STARS!! the towing guy was very rude and aggressive, tried telling us we didnt have a valid parking sticker for the complex we were in, when we do! he refused to get out of his truck and look, instead he called the police and made false accusations. He looked very unprofessional, and the owner didnt help whatsoever.
