Accepted as a new patient. Relative short wait for first appointment these days. Attentive staff. Dr. Padron answered all questions and even apologized for slight delay of her entering the exam room. Quickly booked my colonoscopy. All staff on procedure day were caring and helpful. Post procedure follow up with results a bit behind due to holiday. I would still recommend. Day after call to check on well-being appreciated.

I cant begin to say how grateful I am to Dr. Song. I was miserable with UC for five years with another Dr. After being seen by Dr. Song I was basically given a new lease on life within a few months. I havent had a flare up in over two years now

If anybody says anything bad about this place they simply aren't being truthful. I'm terrified of doctors and procedures. Literally everyone here from the front desk on down does everything in their power to make you feel at ease. I've had 2 colonoscopies and an endoscopy since 2015. I'm never nervous to come here because I know I'm in great hands.

I just want to say the clinic is wonderful. I have Dr.Song. The receptionists and nursing staff are wonderful. Ive had two procedures there and am going if for a third soon. My experience has been great. Top notch medical and professional staff.

Absolutely terrible experience with staff. Theyre very rude. My mom call crying in pain asking to talk to the doctor and they told her they put in an emergency call to the doctor who was in surgery at the time. Eventually my mom called back to ask whats going on and the receptionist sounded annoyed. My mom asked if she was bothering the receptionist and she said yes. The doctor is great and my mom loves him but because of the lousy staff she is looking to switch doctors.
