Used to be a great company where you were valued. The culture has changed. You're treated like a pawn more often than like a person. Management meetings are mostly just a fun time to get together and eat donuts, not to come up with solutions for machines/automatin constantly being down. Certain management fratenizes with employees ( operations manager) Another management member ( process manager ) cannot keep quality of product. Both with talk down and belittle production employees. It's a circus. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!! Scrap is swept off the floor and ground up and put back into the material to make more cutlery. If you like eating off of the floor or eating non food grade product then by all means buy their product and this is the place to work. But if your a normal person then don't have anything to do with this company.

Low end products like Sparkle paper towels. Their parent company has a presence in Russia and refuses to pull out.

What used to be a great company, has become a cesspool of power hungry managers. Stemming from the operations manager and down, its pure corruption and weakness. If you are not a friend to the right person youre nothing more than a number or a pawn. If youre a friend to the right manager you can enjoy a vacation that lasts over a month , but if youre not your job is threatened if you even ask. Due to the lack of knowledge within a certain leader she has recruited another who was a contractor that was hired on. If he is unhappy, she will do anything to make him happy out of her need to keep him around. They dont like to fire people, they force you to quit. Either way their inability to maintain a full roster speaks volumes on their leadership abilities, or lack there of.
