I contacted Melissa Roy this week to arrange a private viewing for my daughter to say goodbye to her grandfather. Instead I was told, That is not possible. She went on to say that, If she wants to see her grandfather she can attend the wake like everybody else. I attempted to explain that this would cause her undue anxiety and she wished to say goodbye in private. Melissa Roy continued to refuse my daughters request, putting her in a difficult position in this time of grief. Each person grieves differently, however according to Melissa Roy, its the Wright-Roy way or No Way.

Just want to thank both Norman and Melissa, and the whole team @ their funeral home. For all of there support with both my parents and also my mother in laws passing. Great and kind, helped the process be smooth and respected all of our wishes. Thank you for all of your help and support.

Heartless advertisement in the October 23, 2018 Sentinel. On  a Breast Cancer Awareness ad they placed their funeral home information right in the middle! I called and told them it was there thinking the Sentinel messed up and the guy said "we put that there. Just want to let people know." Inappropriate and distasteful. Trying to garner money off us survivors. Shame on them. Think twice before you call this business.
