I like GFA. Always helpful, nice and open-minded. I had quite a few questions that were resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Saturday afternoon 1/13/2024 after 12 pm, I was late to pick up my checks. An employee (I didn't ask her name) was waiting for me knowing that I don't live in the area any more. Great customer service. Thank you

My weekly visit to the Leominster GFA is always pleasant, smooth and enjoyable! The staff are always welcoming and helpful and never go without a warm welcome!!!!! Lilly & Mary are always first in line to help and if it gets challenging I know Angel is right there to jump in. Thank you for making my banking experience enjoyable every time guys !!!
