Terrible company. They lie and charge unreasonable costs for zero reason. You can literally not use any electricity at all and they will charge you hundreds of dollars' Estimated bills, all types of dirty disgusting tactics to drain hard working people of their money when you call and speak to upper management they will actually tell you to try a different service provider when they are very well aware that you are limited on options. National grid is an organized crime ring. They do bad business with zero repercussions.

Dan McCabe was the lineman that came to our place of business, not only did he stay to make sure our power was turned on but also hooked us up with Poirier Electric that showed up within 20 minutes to service our transformer Nat Grid should be extremely thankful to have employees like that!
