        How can a store have only one person working? I waited 30+ minutes just to get to talk to someone. There was also an elderly gentleman waiting to pay his bill. I don't blame the only guy working there, because he said he was there to cover. But whoever manages this store should be ashamed of the poor customer service they provide.

        The new manager Jonathan have been very understanding and professional. Is helping us with a previous issue. Definitely recommend for his fine customer service.

        After an abysmal experience with Xfinity both over the phone and in person at the store, Steve at the Merriam Ave Leominster AT and T store was a savior. He treated every customer equally with respect and was able to make everyone feel helped in a timely manner. My situation was a challenge and he went above and beyond to fix it, requiring some ingenuity and I sincerely hope he gets a raise because he should be running the company.
