We got our basement finished into half bar and half gym with a half bathroom and the price was right and the work was great! We LOVE our new spaces so much and Emerson was incredible to work with. He had amazing ideas that took our space to the next level. I wanted each to feel like you were walking into a business not our basement and P23 delivered the goods! I would recommend to anyone!

Emerson and his team at P23 finished our basement last fall and we can't say enough nice things about his work. He was full of suggestions on how we could optimize the space and created his signature play nook under the stairs for my toddler that has been the highlight of our playdates and parties. He was able to accommodate some of our last minute asks - like installing a sump pump as part of this project. His professionalism along with a hint of personal touch in his work sets him apart from others. We had a very pleasant experience working with his entire team including HVAC, plumbing, painting and electrical. He has become my go-to person for any small or big projects around my house !

Emerson and his company "P23 Home Improvement Inc" were involved in finishing our basement. Things that impressed us - 1) timeliness - we wanted the basement completed before the holidays and his team delivered it. 2) Reasonable and transparent pricing - upfront on what is included in the quote, did not tack on any hidden fees and when we had some changes during the process he made reasonable price increases 3) Quality Construction - Town Building inspectors uniformly acknowledged the rigor and quality of the construction processes both during rough and final inspections that was very reassuring . 4) Flexible and receptive to suggestions from the owners. Overall It was a great experience and would definitely employ his services in future and recommend him to others

P23 Home Improvement Inc successfully completed my dream project i.e. a 3 season porch last month. I have been searching for a reliable contractor to bring my idea to a completion for the past few years. After getting couple of quotes that were on the high end and then getting ghosted by those contractors, I finally reached out to Emerson based on recommendations from many of my neighbors who had completed their basements with him. Initially, I was skeptical about Emerson's ability to work on this project since completing the 3 season porch required dismantling my existing deck, doubling the size of the deck (28x14 ft) and making half of that space into a 3 season porch and rest as an open deck. However, Emerson's top notch carpentry skills impressed me so I decided to give the project to him and it was the best decision I have made. Emerson listened to my ideas and then made several key suggestions such as where the patio door needs to go, getting foam insulation over fiberglass, placing a LED strip lighting over wood trim to create a party atmosphere and many more. His attention to detail is top notch and he always went above and beyond to ensure that the final result was exactly what I had envisioned. What makes him different is his helpful attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. He worked effortlessly with multiple team members including Electrician, Roofers, Insulation team, Hardwood floors, painter and others to make sure the project happened in time and within the budget. Each member of his extended team were great to work with and the final product was simply top notch. This was evident when the town building inspector showed up for the final inspection and commented that the 3 season work was simply top notch. Simply put, you can't go wrong working with Emerson and his extended team. Their level of skill, attention to detail, and collaborative approach made for a truly exceptional experience.
