        My Husband and I just moved to the Falls in January of this year and have been impressed with the management and staff. Any time we need something, even something small, they respond immediately. Everyone is very friendly and take their time to stop and help with anything. I offered a tip to a couple of the staff for helping me with something and they refused. I offered again and they said no thank you, this is what we do. Impressive....The apartment is beautiful, the dog park is amazing. The complex is close to everything in downtown Leominster so it is a perfect location to walk or drive. I would recommend The Falls to anyone looking for a nice place to live and maintenance free.

        Well kept up place. Very happy with just about all.However, Hope they get consistent life guards for the pool and aren't closed on great days again this year.

        The management made it easy for my family to move in. Very professional and knowledgeable about what theyre doing. I was amazed how neat and clean the apartment is and most of all big rooms and enough parking space. The apartment has security cameras on the compound with security personnel. I dont regret moving in especially with the wheelchair accessible doors and parking
