We came here at 4pm on a Sunday after visiting The Mount. There is ample parking and a nice outdoor seating area. Service was friendly, although a bit slow for what a ghost town the restaurant was at that time. I got the portabello melt. The Cajun fries were tasty. The melt started off good but had something that was off about it. I did pull a piece of ham out of my sandwich (Im vegetarian) and ended up not eating the rest. My son got a kids Mac and cheese which looked like Kraft from a box. My husband got Pasta Pelli and did not like it. My other son got a calzone which he ate half of and said he liked okay. For 3 regular entrees, a kids meal, and 4 drinks, it was $120 with tip. Maybe the pizza is good but I doubt well be back.

I developed severe celiac disease when I was 38. I'd discovered Arizona Pizza at my local mall in Hadley offered gluten free pizza, but not much else. We've come to love going there for a pizza & they have a nice patio area by the cinema. However, I recently bought a condo in Berkshire County & no longer living close by to the Hadley Arizona Pizza restaurant which we'd actually stopped giving out business to after every time eating there the noise levels were unbearable between children's day or UMass frat bar parties, (I intend to review them separately), suffice to say I discovered you guys in Lennox & decided Anthony my friend and I would eat at this Arizona Pizza and see if it was any better & hoped there would be gluten free pizza offered. I ended up being persuaded to order a Greek salad & quesadilla's, after feeling bored and restricted to the minimal pizza selection. Coco the server was the only positive along with the beautiful restaurant this one is!! It is modern & truly beautiful decor, compared to Hadley. I didn't appreciate the butt crack view on my way in, (a bum at the register literally had his rear end hanging out which was disgusting walking into a lovely restaurant), *but* aside from that it was a pleasant atmosphere and the TV's were nicely done, pretty lighting, and noise level was nothing at all and certainly not the ridiculous, unbearable ear drum breaking levels of Hadley's location. Unfortunately the low rating reflects how disatisfied we were in the dish, quesadilla's for $16.50 should come with a side and over 20 bucks for a salad!? It was all lettuce too, i could make much better at home for a fraction of the price. The pepperoni was that of just your supermarket stingy with the egg & dressing, it was mainly a giant plate of iceberg lettuce and not worth that high price. I was shocked at what little is offered for the price, didn't seem to match up with what you're paying. They are stingy as they only give one tiny salsa for the quesadilla's, for those prices and no side, you can at least be generous with the condiments. No gluten free desserts either. My friend wasn't thrilled and we were unsure if we'd return. Coco was delightful and I loved her accent & efforts to help the costumer, she was friendly & invoking quite a wonderful effort to assist and make our visit a pleasant experience. She was definitely a highlight along with whomever designed/decorated and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere and chefs attempt to make sure there was no contamination!! I did not suffer an excruciating attack and I have him and Coco to thank for that and she was a very interesting, lovely person to meet!! These restaurants need to offer allergy accomodating dishes or they aren't going to succeed as more & more of us are developing severe reactions to wheat and other environmental food products. I wish they had more as our Uno's recently closed which offered pizza that was the best & dessert for gluten free celiac costumers. I would rate 2-3 stars, we're on the fence to ever go again because it's very expensive for what you get & eating out is made into an assembly line all about blasting that AC and getting that check so they're out the door and you can be much more generous & comfortable preparing meals at home. The decor, chef & Coco were fantastic though!! They deserve 3.5 stars or more, but regrettably I can't rate higher than a 2 for the overall disappointment. Maybe if they offered more I'll go again in the future.
