Phil and Heidi are awesome and I just had the chance to work with Melynda who was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. Phil is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive and patient and truly has his clients best interests at the forefront of everything he does. During the craziest housing market ever (lack of inventory/skyrocketing prices during a pandemic); Phil didnt just want to assist me in buying a house, he wanted to find me the right house (our forever home). It took us over a yr before I was able to get the house of my dreams under agreement, but it was well worth the wait. What did I learn from this experience? A great realtor is indispensable and be patient and stay true to who you are and what you want when it comes to purchasing a home because the perfect house for you is out there!
