        I called yesterday to ask for a quote and was told to come to the Leicester location. When I arrived this morning it was still gated an hour after it was supposed to open. I called the number and the owner, Jose picked up. He promptly found that the employee that was supposed to be there had an emergency. Jose was apologetic and very quickly drove from West Boylston where he was in the middle of an errand, and met me and my kids in Leicester about 30 minutes later. While we were there, he was so nice, very knowledgeable, and quick! He even gave me money off of my repair for our wait and gave my impatient kiddos a couple things to play with while we waited. My phone works great and my experience was amazing. Its hard to find this level of customer care these days. I will definItely be returning!

        Absolutely terrible experience. I was charged $60 to simply clean my charging port (took the guy 60 seconds) and he didnt fix the issue. Dont let him scam you too.
