        The owner of this facility is rude!!! Don't buy anything from them unless you are absolutely sure because you will not get your money back especially if you get the wrong item. They only give store credit which I see no signs stating that when you walk in. So buyers beware!

        The owner was rude and abrasive. Not only did he deny entry to a service dog and his owner, he disrespected us. The dog was wearing a vest and identified as a service animal when questioned but he said he didnt care.

        We bought a nice Berkshire men's hat last summer. They had such a great inventory. Great prices. Every time we visit Lee Mass, we stop in to Ben's and see what's on sale.
