Kate Spade Outlet

Bought a wallet from here on sale, but mind you it was still very expensive. A woman “helping me” was very pushy and I felt forced to purchase it, only for the clasp the break THE NEXT DAY. Since it was on sale I cannot return it and i’m stuck with a broken wallet. Never EVER buying from here or Kate Spade again.

Make sure you dress up or look a certain way or they will not acknowledge your existence. Terrible customer service.

This specific location use to have great customer service. I have gone twice in the last month and it is not the same. At all. Both times, I have walked in with four workers staring at me. Each time, I was not greeted until I was in the middle of the store. The usual “welcome in”. Each time, I have walked around the entire store and was not asked if I needed help or asked if I was looking for anything in particular (I was looking for a specific style). I will be trying a different store, just sticking to the retail store, or using the outlet website. The two stars is based on the selection that they offered.

The manager, Christina, made me feel like I was not an important customer. The other girls were helpful and asked if I needed anything. I was buying gifts for my bridesmaids and needed 6 bracelets. Christina basically said the store was busy and her team had to help other people and could not look for the bracelets For me. I was a paying customer about to spend a decent about of money and felt bothered that helping me was not a priority.
