DO NOT TRUST THEM IN TO IMPROVE ANYTHING! Very poor excuse for in home stability and "intensive" services. Complete failure to acknowledge the actual issues and audacity to say highly inappropriate behaviors are "age appropriate" and to simply "give my child to the father" since he reports no issue, even after multiple solid evidenced examples of lies and manipulation from the father thus causing deeper damage to oy relationship with my child and simultaneously allowing the behaviors to continue and in fact increase. Spoke with the supervisor and they immediately backed the agent and then denied alternative services which in fact are provided and confirmed available. Reported to corporate after an unexpected incoming call asking if I was happy, and have still yet to hear back. This program has in fact only caused MORE HARM THAN GOOD and in fact my household would of been better off without the services. It almost feels like now that we are involved we can't withdraw.
