My grandmother was being physically abused at her care facility and covered large dark purple bruises. Agespan was listed as her towns long term care Obudsman, so I called to file a report. A woman named Becky answered and stated that there was nothing she could do (she was too lazy to even file a report). Tax dollars are paying these people for not working?

My mother's been waiting for a laundry girl for the past 6 weeks. We were promised 3 hours The girl never showed up. By the time they get someone there my mother will be dead. Here is an update they call me back with another excuse and try to say that she was there and my mother wasn't home. My mother was home all day we were there with her no one showed up. We don't need this services we'll just do it on our own we figured we could get some help but that's a no-go

My grandfather and great uncle employed these folks to clean the house I believe twice a month. Every time I went to visit they had a different cleaning person who was doing a very subpar job. This is coming from a cleaner. I am not racist by any means and am biracial myself, but they are sending people who dont speak English or read for that matter. I walked in the house a week after they had come and nearly killed myself with my own shoes on because the lady had used lemon oil all over the floor and the stairs. The Lady prior to her use toilet bowl cleaner on the counters in the bathroom and it was peeling up the vinyl. These men were in their 90s and although high functioning are not going to follow their cleaning lady around making sure theyre using proper cleaning products.
And to take the cake after the passing of one of these dear men a few weeks ago, we got a bill in the mail for services during the month that both were in and out of the hospital and had hospice care in home so services were canceled. Cant get a hold of anybody on the phone at either number but the check has cleared for the Invoice and they say we still owe
This is not a trustworthy company as far as I can tell and Im sick and tired of dealing with scammers of the elderly
