        Completely incompetent and unethical agency! I received home physical therapy and other services after an accident that left me with a non-weight-bearing leg for many weeks. One week before I was scheduled to begin walking on non-weight-bearing leg, Pathways Healthcare suddenly decided they no longer accepted my health insurance and discharged me without warning and without any safe transition treatment plan, putting my mobility and health at risk and causing me extreme emotional stress and the frustration of having to find a new provider of at-home physical therapy. Meanwhile, my insurance confirmed that services from Pathways Healthcare would have continued to be covered. Pathways Healthcare should be investigated and shut down!

        Ive used Pathways for years to care for my grandmother after all her hospitalizations. Time after time they have exceeded expectations and have gone above and beyond to treat her like their own family. If it wasnt for Pathways my grandmother would not be where she is today! I cannot recommend this agency enough. They are truly the best.

        I cannot say enough about the Pathways Homecare and Hospice teams. My grandmother has had them for both home care and now hospice, and the care is unlike any other! They are attentive, caring, and compassionate! They have exceeded all of my expectations! I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a VNA for themselves, or for their loved ones.

        My mother (81) has been home for 21 days after suffering a stroke a couple weeks following a bypass. The OT has been by three times (shes excellent), the VN has been by once and the PT has not shown up at all. Ive called the case manager several times. The first time I reached her she said shed be back in touch within an hour. Its been 17 days and no response despite several voice mails. The only good thing so far about pathways has been Megan the OT. Ill be reaching out to my others PCP to find a new VNA.
