Tremendously horrible customer service from both the main office and corporate office. They are located downstairs of the main building. They all sound like they are having a horrible day while communicating over the phone or in person. The service is bias towards Latinos/Latinas. You cannot go in and ask for your own personal information regardless if you have a lawyer with you, or a formal notorized letter. They will direct you to call someone else to avoid handling your concerns. If they decide to handle your concerns or request you will need to wait until Friday for anything H/R related. After many attempts to have a civil conversation, you'll get a hard rejection and will be told to call the other office!? Customer service/front desk clerk/managers/ please give your employees some advice. If indeed they are having a bad day and don't want to deal with employees/business associates concerns or questions then they should not be rude and harsh to young adults and business associates asking questions regardless of the criteria when given common courtesy and respect. I will strongly recommend business associates and young adults looking for connections and employment opportunities to Other well organized and respectful Agencies.. If you want a fair business to treat you with respect regardless of age/race/ethnicity please don't bother driving to this business. OSHA should definitely read this. My law associates will agree.

They are unprofessional and charge more than 3% in transportation fees
