Never been a fan of John Deere. Went to Kubota dealership at 8am when they opened was told sales team didn't get in until 9 to 915. Didn't want to wait went to the deere dealership down the road there sales team was all there. Told them I want the best lawn mower they have. They sold me a x758 and I couldn't be happier. Thing is a beast! Bryon Cleveland was a great salesman highly recommended

Absolutely without question, one of the best places I've been to buy my small engine parts and equipment. This place is a showroom of equipment. Liam in parts is super friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you need. He goes above and beyond to make sure you (the customer) are completely satisfied. Liam and Jeff (the manager) made sure I got everything I needed with my most recent Stihl 450 backpack sprayer purchase. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND United AG & Turf in Leominster MA! I will definitely be back.

Over the years, I have had a handful of decent interactions with the employees. Unfortunately, I have many more terrible experiences. I have reached out via phone or online to check on parts or service, told one thing, then when I arrive they are unable to help or do not have the parts they said they did. Most recently, a woman behind the service counter, was not only extremely unhelpful, but bothered that she had to help me. I was only looking to have a tire looked at, and she started quoting hourly rates and saying they don't have the ability to change tires and it is very labor intensive and may take quite awhile. I was in no rush, nor did I say money was a concern. Only after I decided she was incapable of helping me and started walking out the door, did she suggest she may get the service manager. a day late and a dollar short. I understand the labor market is tough, but this woman is not doing your business and favors. I will no longer bring my business or recommend your store.
