I have driven by this location many times, but today was my first time I was a customer. I had just left work and needed a bouquet for my grandmother's 89th birthday. Both employees there were very accommodating and friendly. My assortment was beautifully made & my grandma loved them. Having such a gift for her and seeing her light up made my year. Dimeco's has another returning customer!

Beautiful funeral bouquet. I was able to stop in and request just the flowers/colors I wanted.

I live in chagrin falls Ohio and called The Flower Shop at Dimecos to send flowers to dear friend in Lancaster. I did not want a 800 national chain I wanted a local business. I had the pleasure of talking to Kim. She asked me the right questions and handled my purchase without any issues. She said she would deliver that day. ( time was not critical). Later that night I got a very apologetic voicemail that due to a breakdown in the deliverers vehicle the delivery would unfortunately not be there until the next day ( I had no problem with that). Later that night I got a call from my friend stating how beautiful the flowers were and how they made her day. She then told me that Kim brought the flowers out herself ( she wanted to make sure they arrived as promised). As a bonus my friend said she was absolutely a pleasure to talk with and very kind. Kim had gone out of her way to make sure my friend received her flowers on time. Absolutely blew me away. As a past President of a local Chamber of Commerce I am so appreciative of Kim and The Flower shop at Dimecos. My sincere thanks.
