Did not buy, seller rep LIED about too many things during process. Spoiler of a potentially beautiful property. Better options in Plymouth.

Lovely location. Unfortunately, the builders did not deliver the soundproofing promised, with the result that living in this otherwise peaceful location is constantly disturbed by the noise coming through the ceilings from neighbors. Most other move-in issues were eventually addressed (mis-fitted windows, damaged door thresholds, overheating electrical panels, ceiling fan globes falling from the ceiling etc.), but often with delays or at higher costs for options than was initially promised. Much to like here, but in dealing with the developer? Buyer beware.

I am a new buyer at Lake Point and am beyond disappointed. I paid for a zero entry shower to be installed and the grab bars verses door swing were put in backwards. As a disabled single woman these bars are essential for my safety. After a verbal commitment to install new bars, Lake Point has decided that they are "tired of dealing with this" so they have decided I can live with their admitted mistake and pay the full amount or they will evict me. I am being threatened of eviction because of Lake Points mistake.
