        I previously rented 2 units over the summer of 2023. The facility itself was up to par, clean and accessible. I took advantage of an online offer for first month rent free. While I continued to have issues with their computer system for the deal I then reached out to the manager Josh who took great care of me resolving the issue immediately. Would highly recommend calling or going in person to deal with any issues as the customer service here was fantastic.

        I've rented several units at your facility and am pleased to say that the on-site Manager Josh has been helpful and knowledgeable, providing valuable tips on storing items and other moving related issues...As I have noticed this with his dealings with other customers... He should be commended and I thank him for his help... An asset to your facility...

        Changed gates/locks w no notice or directions; overcharged me this month; can never get a hold of anyone in Kingston .no one is ever working! Place sucks.

        This was such a great experience. It was so fast and easy to obtain a storage unit. Peg who helped me was fantastic. She was informative, professional and helpful. The price was the best I found. Be aware of your surroundings on Sundays if you go alone. I've run into an old man 2x he seems harmless. He will approach you and won't leave when asked.

        Place is definitely not a 5 star storage facility. While I was there they had a drug raid, people living in the facility(I know this because I could hear them and a dog at night inside of one of the units), and mistakenly put one of there locks on my gateif Peggy wasnt working it was impossible to get anything done, Im pretty sure she has since left and once she told me they didnt treat her fairly I went down to the corner to a plus storage where I have been treated amazingly. At one point over the summer I saw them painting the doors, and when I opened my unit I could see the overspray by the doorway on the floor and trim, thank god I had nothing near the front, and wouldnt u know it my rent went up after they painted the place a hideous green. I would say that the 10-20$ cheaper, is definitely not worth it. It wasnt terrible because it provided a service, but for what they charge i think youd expect more. It is however open 24 hours
