I found Tracy through a google search and from the start she was amazing. Not only was she willing to show us a house on Thanksgiving morning but she was super responsive throughout the entire process. She always took the time to make sure we fully understood everything and were comfortable with what we were looking to buy. I highly recommend reaching out to Tracy for all of your real estate needs. Tracy Dole was incredible to work with. She was able to get an offer in for us while she was on a personal vacation. She was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. We were able to see a number of homes with Tracy and ultimate landed with a home that was exactly what we were looking for. She made the home buying experience way less stressful than it could have been and we would highly recommend using her as a real estate agent.

100% positive experience! I was a first time home buyer in a tight and pricey market (winter of 2022-23), but Tracy guided me through every single step. I ended up with the home that has everything on my "wish list." Everything. We decided on a 30-day close to sweeten the deal--but to make the short closing period more challenging, I was in Hawaii 3 days after the seller accepted my offer and, with the 6-hour time change, Tracy made sure I stayed in touch the necessary people (and that those necessary people stayed in touch with each other!) to effect a successful home purchase. She sent me many helpful suggestions and reminders--e.g., notify the attorney I will not be present at closing (I thought that was obvious since I currently live in California, but apparently not...) and all of the other many, many details that didn't even occur to me. Tracy advocated for this transplant, every step of the way, to come home to Massachusetts and I made a friend in the process! Call Tracy! You won't be sorry!
