        Totally unprofessional, never return emails or phone calls. I have a tenant in my rental who has been there for two months and neighborhood still hasn't paid me. I keep calling and emailing to no avail. I'm thinking about contacting the state at this point. I'm not sure what to do.

        The most incompetent phone staff Ive ever worked with and whatever team is responsible for reviewing RAFT applications is no better. Theyd be better off hiring monkeys.
