        The gym is not very big which is great since it is never overcrowded. I would definitely recommend this gym to others.

        Visiting from out of town and got a week membership. Gym is clean and has all the equipment you need (including barbells /racks). Staff is friendly and it was not crowded when we went.

        Just finished their 6 week Challenge and it was amazing!! All the trainers are great and very nice. Vicki and her trainers know their stuff too. It's a great place. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking to reach their goals and learn how to maintain a healthy life style.
