        I suppose this is what reviews are for sadly.. We lost nearly 25% of the capital we invested with this outfit in 2 years since investing with them. A Very costly experience for us and on each occasion when we asked why?, the answer was normally its a good time to invest more??? Lots of trading fees for them it seems and a huge capital loss for us.. which was definitely not what we were sold day one! .. which was a low double to high single digit return annually. Words dont cut it when your investing, its actions that count! Not even an email or call from them when we pulled all our remaining funds eventually, it would have been so easy to call us and show us that even though it didn't work out for us they actually cared a bit and at least took some accountability for such poor performance. But no, nothing! we are now glad we left even with a huge loss and are happy to report are slowly gaining back our losses elsewhere. Investing is risky but then I suppose this is why reviews exist. Accountability!

        Jay has all the qualities that makes doing business a pleasure !! When one puts their savings in the hands of another i can say that Jay fills that needed comfort zone. He is always available and professional in every respect. I highly recommend him.
