Roger is great to work with; he listened patiently, offered advice when we needed it, addressed all of our (many) questions and concerns, and made sure to be with us when we asked for his presence at open houses, home inspections, etc. He was always honest with us about his professional opinion and helped us not just jump into the first option we saw. He helped us identify what was most important to us, and how we could achieve that within our budget and preferred area. Short version: I hired Roger as a buyer's agent because he was someone I felt comfortable with and he had an extensive knowledge of the area where I was hoping to buy. I had some particular needs around a home office which meant that in addition to the usual yada, yada, yada-- budget this, location that-- I needed someone who would get what was unique about my situation. So anyway, a Saturday rolls around and we're getting ready to do the circuit. He's excited. "We're going to start with this one!" he says. Roger, I think to myself, that's not really what I'm looking for. Thought crosses my mind to nix it. I wonder if he's been listening... but I decide, "Okay, you picked this guy because you trust him. Let's see it, no harm in looking." I've been living in that place for almost two months now and I love it. Roger knew what I was looking for better than I did. Seeing it in person-- especially in contrast to some of the other places we looked at-- I saw why it was a great fit for me. Once we started talking through some of the advantages-- relative costs, location, space, amenities, investment considerations, the whole 9 yards-- I could see that he found me a diamond in the rough. I think that's one of the ways you can recognize expertise: when you're struggling to see past the nose on your face, they can see five moves ahead. I plan to live where I am for a long while, but I already know who I'll use the next time I buy property.

We've known Roger since 2017. In the intervening years, he's assisted our two adult daughters purchase their first homes and, just recently, helped my husband and me find a one-in-a million two family in the neighborhood of our choice. He also helped us to find really great tenants for the first floor apartment of our home. He's attentive, good humored, patient, very competent, and just an all around nice guy.

Roger is excellent. My partner and I kicked off a search in September with Roger. He guided us to a great new home. At the outset, my partner and I didnt necessarily share the same vision for where we wanted to live and what type of house we wanted to buy. Roger was our consigliere. He counseled us in what we might want in a house, and what we could compromise on. At tours, he was candid about whether he thought the house was over priced, underpriced or fairly priced. And, when it came time to make an offer, he counseled us on strategy. We could not be more grateful for his guidance and time, and found him personable and kind at his core. Five stars. Roger recently helped me sell a condo, and shortly after rent an apartment. In both cases, he was simply terrific. For the sale, Roger helped me understand what I needed to do to prepare the house, and patiently and expertly counseled me to through the negotiations which led to sale price that was far higher than I expected. It was such a smooth process thanks to Rogers experience and careful approach. When I started looking to rent an apartment, I wasnt sure where to look or how to choose an apartment. Roger was thoughtful, patient and insightful, and gently helped me through the process he helped me to ask the right questions that led me to the perfect place Im so happy where I ended up.
