        very difficult to get someone to answer the phone. other than that, i find citizens very user-friendly.

        Not a good Bank . Money Is regulated by Overseas Companies. Your and Identity get stolen. You go In the Bank to do Transactions and your Money Is not given to you. A Claim has to be filed according to the Bank and then you have to wait for a Response.The ATM In the Bank states you get your Money and you don't. The Bank personnel state they don't own the ATMS Overseas Companies do. The Bank Manager gets nasty and then cancels your account. People who are Elderly and disabled who have Direct Deposit of Social Security checks have to give 30 days notice to Social Security what happens to the checks if the account gets cancelled by the Bank. Elderly and Disabled don't get their money and they may go hungry and die
