        Stay away! This business takes payment with no follow up on delivery. It may get on a truck through a third party delivery service (that you pay separately, so AAA takes no responsibility) or it may not. Ignore the delivery date on the receipt you are given because their idea of in stock means it might be transferred from some warehouse miles away and hopefully the third party follows through and calls/texts you to deliver. Once you've paid they could care less, I waited weeks and never got a call, a text, or an appliance.

        Be careful with this store. Salesperson lies and change prices after making a sale. I purchased a stove at 12pm and when I went to pick up at 3pm salesperson made excuses and did not want to sell the stove anymore. He mentioned that he provided me the wrong item and that it was mislabed, etc. This store is a scam - becareful.

      Hello, Sorry for your inconvenience. We have made changes that should eliminate that problem in the future. We belong to a National Buying Group that allows to have the best price available to beat our competitors. When a unit goes on back order the customer is told when the unit becomes available we inform the installer as to connect with the customer to set up install date . We will pay closer attention and make sure everyone involved will be informed.
