My wife & I had the good fortune of finding Kim Cordima in 2021 while remotely shopping for a home in Essex County. Her professionalism & good humor came through clearly even though our meetings were all online, and after reviewing some potential properties with Ms Cordima we knew we had picked a great buyer's agent. It was clear Kim listened closely to our likes & dislikes because she was willing to dissuade us from making a bad choice even when she was effectively talking herself out of a commission. Even the offers we made but did not "win" in a red-hot market were a positive experience - Kim never pushed us to make an offer higher than our comfort level. When we did have our offer accepted, at our request Kim was right there with excellent references for home inspection and legal representation. The inspection and closing both went smoothly, and we are very grateful to Kim Cordima for all her help.

Kim Cordima was absolutely wonderful through out our long journey to buying a first home. As I write this, I have tears in my eyes, thinking back on our journey and how Kim was always there, helping us, guiding us, encouraging us and doing everything in her power to make this happen. We truly felt like she had our best interest at heart through the entire process. From all the open houses to all the paperwork, she was very professional, friendly and punctual. She would help me feel at ease whenever I was stressed. She was looking out for us doing everything she could to make our lives easier. She stood her ground and pushed back on our behalf when needed, and helped us with all the decisions. She was always 2 steps ahead of any problem that arose during closing. She never called me with a problem she didn't already have suggestion for a solution. Due to Covid- 19, life as we know it was changing right before our eyes. Even through these changes, Kim adapted as needed making sure we were doing the best for our family. She sent me updated info and made me feel confident that she was on top of it. Kim did all of her due diligence making sure we knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into. She would laugh with us, get frustrated with us, and stick up for us when needed. She was our partner throughout everything. I could write a book about our home buying process and how Kim was there every step of the way, but I will just stick with, Kim is WONDERFUL and I will always be grateful to her and her team for helping our family purchase a home especially during this difficult time.
