        I highly recommend these amazing people! They did amazing job on my teeth and made me look 1,000 times better for my wedding! I cant thank you guys enough! So thank you Angie, Leslie, Shelby and the amazing doctor for dealing with my anxiety autistic filled self for these last 4 months!

        I went in looking like Jim Carey from Dumb and Dumber and Dr. Mann fixed the chip so fast Absolutely painless! Im an extremely anxious person, so this is a big deal to me. The girls who work there are incredible; comforting and personable and Dr. Mann does gods work. Ive literally had 8 appointments since January 1st, theyre fixing everything extremely fast and everything has gone so smoothly. Ive basically rented a chair. See you tomorrow!

        Went there for my kids first appointment. They have masshealth and I have never had problems with their previous dentist and billing. I had talked to Shelby on the phone multiple times regarding the insurance and called masshealth regarding sunrise discrepancies (old insurance from 2014 was still showing as active for one of my children). After talking to masshealth there were no issues in their end. Then I get to the appointment and they want to charge me up front for the visit. If I paid I would not get reimbursed by masshealth or sunrise dental. This is a pop up scam dental facility. Don't waste your time or money. Go to a nice family dental office. Places like this most of the Dr are just starting out. I'm not going to let my kids be the guinea pigs. I should have known better. Such a waste of time. Look at the reviews all the reviews have only reviewed one place or two. Look at my reviews I am a real person that posts real reviews.

      We understand your frustration with your family's insurance (Mass Health), and at times it can be frustrating- both for patients and dental office. However, we offered you all the information ahead of your appointment, but you chose to show up. The insurance payment was explained again to you in detail and the doctor didn’t perform on you or your kids (the doctor never met you and your family). Since we do not want anyone to end up with unexpected bills, we like to clarify everything upfront. We cannot discuss details of case here due to HIPPAA. However, if you misunderstood some of the information provided to you the doctor is happy to help clarify. We believe in offering a high standard of care immaterial of insurances presented. What’s unfortunate is your comment attempts to hurt a small business. Our staff works really hard to provide the most comfortable environment as we understand many patients are anxious about their visits and dental care can be expensive. However, as a small business we have to run payrolls and pay our staff and can’t offer free treatment to patients. It’s unfortunate you malign the image of the doctor who did not even have a chance of meeting with you or your kids, she is not starting out as you claim and has over 20 years of work experience. We also challenge your comments on other reviews and are happy to connect with “real” people (if they wish to). We take pride in our staff and the service we provide. Happy to help in any way we can.
