Organic-eco dry cleaning, that alone deserves 5 stars, but this place is conveniently located, prompt with service, friendly and competitively priced. Couldnt ask for more from a dry cleaner.

My sister went to get her dress altered for a wedding she is in. The dress is a one shoulder chiffon dress. The part of the dress underneath the armpit was a bit tight due to the strap and extra fabric. She asked the seamstress about possibly fixing that portion and the seamstress said "you could just skip dinner every night until the wedding". Clearly the seamstress was joking. But my sister was absolutely devastated and cried as she left. Mean words have such a big impact on people, especially if it's about something they are insecure about. I am devastated for my sister. Please be warned as you use this seamstress

My friend came here to inquire about a small alteration to the shoulder of her bridesmaid dress. It was a bit too small under the armpit. When she asked the owner if she could make the arm-hole a tad bit bigger, she replied theres not much i can do. you could just not eat dinner until the wedding My friend cried as soon as she got to the car. this woman had the audacity to body-shame my friend for absolutely no reason. My friend went to give her business, on a seemingly easy alteration, which now her own mother will be doing, and body shamed. I will tell every single person looking for a tailor in ipswich to not go to this woman. she may have been trying to be funny, but her joke was insensitive, mean, and insanely hurtful.
