        These guys came all the way down from Massachusetts well into Connecticut and fixed my two year old Anderson 8 ft slider when the original installer wouldn't even come over to look at it. It had a warped fixed panel and a huge gap around it. It also had no connection between the tracks where water was draining into and the drip doors below. (He had to actually drill holes through so the water could get from the chamber where it was draining into to the chamber where it was designed to drain out from.) Not sure if that is something that is optional or that the installer should have done. If not, poor design on the part of Anderson. But hopefully, they have now solved two problems I was having with this relatively new slider.
