I was not in a good place and I can say 100% they made a difference. If I didn't get the help things could have been so different. I don't know about everyone else but at first hearing about the things I needed to work on was hard. I'm glad I didn't get mad and trusted the process it changed my life for the better. Life is so easy to spread hate and bad news that in the end can eat away at you. Keep an open mind and follow the process i'm living proof it works. Reading the other comments makes no sense they are good people at lighthouse and I thank them for saving my life depression is real. People can leave bad feed back when they don't get what they want see for yourself and be your own judge there is always two sides of a coin.

After my son and I went through a hard time, we were referred to Lighthouse for family therapy. I was skeptical at first, but now I am so grateful to have worked with a therapist because my relationship with my son has never been better. The people at Lighthouse we're so open and accepting to us, even when I felt like I shouldn't have to be there. They helped me stick with it, and now I suggest it to anybody who is having a hard time like me.
