        Very unreliable TV. I missed the Super Bowl and they were only willing to credit me $4.00 for the missed service.

        They annually increase the rate by a lot, and call it "your promotion just ended". The only reason I am still using it is due to their customer service finding new promotion for me to keep old rate, when I call. The speed is OK.
