I've been getting my taxes done here for a good amount of years now. Corlyne Powers makes it worth the trip. As I pass another H&R Block location to get to this one. Corlyne is very personable, cares about her clients, she is efficient and is very knowledgeable. She is definitely a tax-pro as the term H&R block uses.

I would never work with Mary and Reed. shes gotta be the rudest person you could ever work with in your life. she will make stuff up about other people in the office to cause drama and controversy. Im surprised H&R Block ones are representing their company.

Worst experience Ive ever had. They told us a refund amount for the IRS and one for MA, as we are signing the papers, I noticed that the numbers are completely off from what we talked to the person over the phone, instead of a refund amount we had an amount due. (Be very careful and make sure you read everything if you do use their services). Another thing is that the guy who was initially helping us with our taxes didnt seem to have proper training or knowledge in the area, he had no ideia what an ITIN was, and for multiple times had to ask his supervisor for help, and the supervisor wasnt very helpful, we had to go back in to bring more documents, and although we brought everything with in one week, the process for two W-2 and health insurance forms took more than 4 weeks. It took more than 3 phone calls appointments + 4 in person visits. There is no proper training or communication between staff, they seem overwhelmed and confused.
