Kevin: We finally did it. We closed on the Hyannis property last Friday. Once again, I want to thank you for all you did to not only get Hyannis sold, but also Wareham. Between environmental, structural, and zoning restrictions they both were very challenging properties. In Hyannis especially you really went over and above anything that I expected from a Real Estate agent. Finding an electrician to repair the power line that was torn from the building, a landscaper to keep the grounds up (along with you personally using a weedwhackers), chasing homeless people out of the building, flushing toilets with a jug of water to prepare for the inspection, finding someone to do the Title V sewer inspection, and who knows how many other things. I didn't want to just leave now that the sales have been completed without letting you know how much your services have been appreciated. I will probably never buy or sell any commercial property again, but if I hear of anyone that is looking to do this, I will definitely refer them to you.
