if there was zero stars id pick that.....my cousin passed away unexpectedly and the family raised money for his burial this bank lost over $5,000 which was donated in his name. When we went to the bank they did not even say sorry just oh well.......DO NOT BANK HERE!

This is the worst bank I've ever banked at. I opened an account here and couldn't use it because I couldn't access my account or routing number. Then I tried to use my ATM card to withdraw my money so I could close the account, but the PIN number didn't work. When I called them, they said they couldn't send me a check to close the account but could give me a new PIN number. But they couldn't do that either. In other words, they've stolen my money! Unbelievable!!

Blonde manager is rude and never return customers calls!! ATMS are never working always broken or cant take a check deposit or cash deposit and one branch has 3 atms and all 3 most of the time are out of order. For 3 weeks been calling the blonde manager to talk to her about the issue she never returns the call. Absolutely rude and incompetent and inconsiderate of clients concerns and complaints. She has to dig deep and do a big process improvement in the branch.
