I have worked with Eric on two occasions. The first was the origination of a mortgage on my home and the second was a refinance of the mortgage which incorporated a home equity loan with the original mortgage at the amazing interest rate of 2.99%. Eric and his staff were extremely helpful in processing the application and the assembly of supporting documents. I could not have been more pleased with his service and guidance. Eric and his team were not focused on our refi. It took approximately 7 months to get done. I had to file documents multiple times because "they expired". I had several conversations with Eric about this and he kept giving me excuses for the delays. At the closing, we could hear him in another room having a phone conversation, but he never came in to introduce himself or say hello. I will never use him nor would I recommend him to anyone.

Ive used Eric three times and each time hes been great. He knows exactly what hes doing and he and his team are on top of it all which made it less stressful and easier for me. I recommend him to anyone I meet.
