So I have a vintage Grand wagoneer, and was in need of a few repairs, I was referred here and couldnt be happier, my first visit was to address a few little issues, Mike is like a working encyclopedia, fast forward a year and I decided to finally replace my engine, I got about half way thru the job on my own and with a mechanic friend and was getting frustrated, I Called Mike (who actually answers his phone on a Saturday) and asked Mikecan I bring you my Mess, he said sure. I had the pleasure of meeting Michael today. I didn't have an appointment and when I walked in (lunch time) I didn't see anybody. All of a sudden I hear this voice from underneath the hood of a car with a friendly greeting. I explained what my reason was for being there, Michael wasn't put out and took the time to see my 1985 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Convertible and speak with me about it. He not only addressed my question but also made me feel more confident about my new purchase. Looking forward to my service appointment in the near future.
