Gave him a retainer to complete my father's estate which did not get completed and when I asked him for my retainer back he refused and when I asked for an itemized bill to support the expenses he told me that would cost me much more than the $3500 I already gave him. I never received a copy of an invoice or my retainer back. Never experienced an Attorney not supplying documentation for expenses when the full retainer is kept. Well, received my itemized bill and yes indeed he charged me $1440 to itemize his bill. The agreement signed stated that periodic invoices will be sent to account for expenses. Did not happen and when I asked for it he threatened to charge me more and he followed through with that threat and charged me for an invoice I needed to account for the expenses taken from the estate account. This attorney did nothing and it cost $4950. He didn't even respond to emails or voicemails. NOTHING was done. We made a big mistake hiring him.
